Leased a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson with premium package with $2,600 down and $550 a month in the beginning of March. The first time I drove the car out of my driveway after bringing it straight home from the dealer, the check engine light came on, blue link notified in the center console about issues with the engine control system, and I had to bring the car back to the dealership. The car has only 50 miles on it. I had a rental car for over a week while they "fixed" the brand new car.... They supposedly fixed the issue, but had me drive away without putting the engine cover back on the bottom of the car. So I am back again at service. The driving sensors don't seem to be working. The worst part is that the managers, Pedro Roman, Alex Zaldua, and Alex Alejandro Heredia still have not answered my emails regarding the situation. No one is offering me any real solution or recourse. This is taking time out of my day and work. I am still expected to pay for this car that has barely been in my possession and clearly has issues. I've driven it more to the dealership for service than anywhere. I haven't even got to go anywhere in my car or even put gas yet. Extremely dissatisfied.

We went to the dealership to look for a car without any expectations because of my credit and Alfonso Marcano helped us to find us a great car at a great price with my credit situation. I can definitely say that Alfonso other than a car salesman is a great human being with empathy and available to help anyone to find a better car or your dream car. Nothing less than 5 stars for Braman Hyundai! Went in yesterday to sign a deal for a lease, the process hassle free and we were in and out in less than three hours. Working with Emanuel as our Sales Associate and Josh in the financial department was the perfect duo. Without a doubt we will return for our next car. It’s evident that this dealership genuinely wants to make their customers happy and prioritizes the customer over all else. I recommend their services to all!
