The pizza is always pretty good. But can you guys please throughly cook your deep dish pizzas, they are ALWAYS doughy when we get them and I have to throw them in the oven for 10 minutes

The service at the Shelley Domino's is awful! They often show up missing items, missing dipping cups that were paid for, missing drinks, etc. Most recently, the forgot both dipping cups for our wings orders and the driver didn't seem to care. Then we were missing an entire pizza! Looking at our receipt we were charged double for one pizza and were not charged for the second pizza (price would have been the same, but we were short a pizza). I called and the guy who "helped" told me they could send another pizza out but it would be over an hour. They had no interest in making it right. When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 14 minutes and never acknowledged again. Horrible horrible customer service!!

Several times we get wrong Stuff or warm pizza. This time we finally got it fast and right. We just found out the door dash comes out to our house and they will deliver papa johns so we are switching to them for now.
