It seems more reasonable to me to ask your landlord to give the gardener a lock (and key) to the area you reasonably need to be secured, and give you a key to use whenever you needed to pass into and out of your back yard through the entrance way the gardener uses. If you are in a duplex, triplex, fourplex, or moreplex, each common tenancy should have a key also. John Bush

Ned is good. Dont get babcock. Hes like a bench player on a team that noone wants to give minutes. Also this place will never do a briefing with you. Youre on your own and have to be vigilant.
