Very nice place, super clean. very friendly, nice and helpful host. The place is located close to University of Miami, 10-15 mins walk. Worth the money and rooms are as good as hotel rooms, private and secure with attached bathroom. Good wifi and eminities like refrigerator, microwave, table, closet and tv in each room. washer and dryer is common with detergent. Would highly recommend this place for anyone coming here for business or pleasure.

It's a really nice and clean place to stay over. The owner is always willing to help you out. It has an appropriate location for people who need to be close to the Jackson Memorial Hospital/ University of Miami. There is plenty of space and rooms are big enough.

OOI HUI SIM

The owner is so friendly,nice and warm-welcoming. He always makes sure that the needs of the clients are met. He cooked spaghetti for us on the third night. The common area is always clean and there are so many things provided eg, coffee, tea, sweet, soda etc. Overall, the stay was very satisfying and worthy. High recommended for everyone.
