Parasailing The Pass

Made reservations for 4 ppl all whom would be first time parasailing. On my WEDDING DAY! Been here in treasure island since friday and here it is wednesday and only after hr passed my appt time did someone finally answer the phone to tell me they have been down for over a week and obviously focused their time on attempting to fix their boat rather than call customers who have made appts. Of course everything is booked up in the area from other more reliable companies as well as jet ski rentals so now because of the neglectfulness of the people at parasailing the pass the whole day up until my actual wedding itself is actually blown. Because of the neglectfulness of the staff putting themselves first over their customers and their plans, especially a wedding day... I would NOT recommend them whatsoever especially if you are trying to make reservations of any kind. They don't answer the phone and offered nothing in return for their inconsideration

Went here with my brother and had a fantastic experience. Our captain Tony was magnificent as well as his first mate. They were very professional and obviously very experienced. Made us feel safe at all times and provided a fantastic experience for our last day on vacation.

We had a group of 5 walk up and the woman in the booth made sure we were helped right away, she got us right in for a 2 pm spot at 1:45 pm. Our captain & first mate made the ride so great awesome conversation, music and vibes!! We will be back!!!
