Freedom Boat Club - John's Pass

My husband and I belong to Freedom Boat club. We went to John's pass for the first time. Tex was awesome. It was a great customer experience and we had a great day. When I told him I really needed a boat for my birthday the next day, he kept an eye on cancellations and called me wishing me a Happy Birthday and that he got me a boat. Thanks to Tex!

Had a reservation with FBC John’s Pass today. Adam and Tex were incredibly helpful and professional today. Although I’ve boated many times this was one of my first times as captain. Coming back in the current was pretty strong and they both talked me through from shore exactly how to dock and tie up easily and quickly. Super helpful and made our trip that much better today.

Scheduled the boat a couple of weeks in advance. Arrived at the dock and Tex was a great help. He quickly got us checked in and we were under way in a few minutes. Had a great time on the water. I have owned my last boat. Freedom makes it so easy to enjoy the water. When we returned Tex helped with the lines and checked us back in. He's a great representative for Freedom Boat Club. Looking forward to the next trip!

Madeira beach location: David, Noah and Dan are the best. They worked so hard to get so many boats in and out quickly! They all were very friendly, personable and helpful. Also during my lesson with Cpt Scott I learned so much. He is an excellent instructor, patient, calm and very easy to learn from. I love the freedom boat club mainly because of the quality of the employees but I’ve always had good reliable boats, as well!
