So I don’t currently live here, HOWEVER!… I have been apartment hunting for days, and I have got to say. I last minute found this place on Google. never even noticed it and I pass it every day going to work. I called the front office, and spoke with Kerri. I was inquiring about pricing and availability and she was so friendly and what really made the customer service stand out was that, when I asked about touring, I was able to come down that same day! I was shown so much kindness and hospitality by the 2 ladies in the front office and shown an absolutely adorable apartment. Really cannot wait until there’s a unit available soon because I’m already excited to be able to live there! I also saw groundskeepers that seemingly did a detailed job, it was beautiful there, and seemed very quiet too despite being off of a large-ish road. Really awesome to have been able to talk to them yesterday! they really helped me out and gave me great great details about the complex!

Don't rent here We stopped by to look at this place since we are thinking about moving into the area later this year The lady in the office pretty much shoved us out She started right in on the income requirements which state that each adult living in the apartment has to make 2x the rent which would mean you have to make almost 5,000 a month for a 1200 apartment if two people lived in it but if you are a single person you can move into the same apartment for the same rent with half the income Never heard us a thing in my life It's to bad because we are quiet people who don't drink smoke or party We have a clear criminal history and always pay on rent on time every month but because we only make a little over 3x times the rent not 4x times the rent they refused to even talk to us The place doesn't look all the great on the outside to begin with and if we made that much a year we would be living in a home not an apartment or own a condo which are looking at now We could have even arranged to pay an entire month rent up front and kept our rent a month a head but the lady wanted us gone Keep looking I am sure you will find some place better Bad place not worth your time

ive lived here for two years and the original price for rent was reasonable but they have added on unnecessary "accommodations" like mandatory wifi. with zero info on how it works. love living here, its quite and safe. just look out for additional charges

I have lived here for about a year now and they have been nothing but incredible! The frost office staff has always treated us with kindness and always quick to help us when needed. They have a great dog park, awesome new updated area at the tennis court, and an amazing pool! The maintenance staff has always been timely and polite and fixed what was needed to be fixed. I love this place! We are moving to another one of their properties hopefully because we wanted a little more space, but if not for me and all of my stuff I’d live here as long as they let me! They also handled covid very well so A+ for that! Thank you guys for always being incredible! We did a lot of searching when it came to finding a home and nobody was as great as these guys. Especially Diana! 💖
