Was brought on as a Tech( temp to Hire) in the IT Dept , and harmlessly inquired to employees how long they were there as temp's before they got hired. At the end of the second week, I got home after work and was contacted by the temp agency that I was not a good fit for the position, which was on Friday right before Memorial Day Weekend. I had to go back the next day and go thru the hassle of getting my belongings from my station, in which they wouldn't escort me down to place where the dept. was at, so I had to run all the way around the outside of the building to catch security and stand at the glass windows and point with my fingers to the right station( like some idiot), such a cheap shot right before a National Holiday weekend, so unprofessional....Don't apply here!!!!!!!

As a former employee... This is a great place to work IF you work full time. Good benefits! But, part timers... Forget it. ZERO benefits! Nada. Nothing. Period. Just an hourly rate and that's it! Decent working environment. But that's it.

I called to speak to the general manager and I was transferred to a woman. I didn't catch her name but upon my asking how she was doing, she replied, "busy." I tried to laugh It off and make a joke about how I'd just be a second but she was overly rude and very unenthusiastic. For a call center, I was very disappointed in my interaction with this woman. She also hung up in my face after I thanked her for her time. Maybe she was just having a bad day but she should consider leaving that out of the workplace...
