Enchanted: Forest Of Light

This year’s enchanted light show definitely worth a visit. The light arrangement is fantastic. They have done an excellent job to highlight the different theme gardens. I like the enchanted forest and the garden of good fortune the best. The enchanted forest lighting created an atmosphere of mystery and magical illusion. Walking into the forest at night was like Alice walking in the wonderland. The Garden of Good Fortune light show turns the Japanese tea garden into fairy land in Asia. I absolutely loved the coloring of the lighting. With the lighted lanterns, the pond transformed into a water of colors reflections. It’s tends to get very cold at night at the Descanso Garden. So please bundled yourself up with plenty of warm cloths. Parking is a bit chaotic at night. Just need some patients to get into the parking lot.

Fun experience but make sure you go when it's not so cold. It also closes at 10.

This was a beautiful place to spend time with family. Dress warmly and have good walking shoes. Parking was easy, there was sufficient spaces as well as guides to lead you. Since we booked our tickets in advance, entering the park was a breeze. There were ten numbered exhibits and there were guides to point you to the right direction. We spent about 1.5 hours to walk through the park. Overall, it was a great experience for everyone in my party.

Very pretty exhibit and a fun place to experiment with pictures. It's just fun to bring a date or a group of friends to sight see and take silly photos together. Parking was easy as there are people directing you in the parking lot. Make sure to reserve tickets online and it's around $30 per person for adults.
