I have been a number of times with great results. However my husband went a couple weeks ago with gout, NOT FIRST RODEO. They gave him Steroids 🤦🤷‍♀️ didn't HELP. He couldn't and can't get to regular doc untill end of month. Very disappointed ☹️

very nice front desk staff. I did not see the doctor but saw RN instead. The RN was very nice and provided very good checking an diagnosing. THe problem was at the assistance nurse. He was always in the rush while there were only two patients. He was not very nice and not so pollite. He did not do a good job on swapping for covid test, very sloppy job. He was not in a good mode also. I think he does not like what he is doing. He should have left this type of work.

There’s an Armenian lady telling me my child is only 2 need to wear a mask because CDC it’s mandatory it is not she kick us outside because my son did not want to this is The most disgusting unprofessional place I have ever been to because she said I can’t because my child is sick I came for help because his ear was hurting him because I was Hispanic and other people they had other kids as well did not have their mask on

This was one of the worst urgent care experiences I’ve had. Tl;dr: The doctor’s misdiagnosis and dismissal of my concerns caused me an extra five days of pain and allowed my condition to worsen to near-emergency levels. I felt that the doctor who saw me did not take me seriously and dismissed my concerns, my pain, and my questions. He initially gave one diagnosis and seemed to think this was the end of things, then changed it when I brought up another symptom. When I asked why he thought it was viral and not bacterial, he gave an answer without doing a very standard rapid test. When I asked under what circumstances I should return to urgent care, he responded; when I said I already met some of those conditions, he said it wasn’t severe enough. Well, four days of worsening symptoms later, I went to another urgent care which actually took me seriously, ran tests, etc and found that I had been correct - I did have the more serious condition that this doctor had dismissed. I went through 5 unnecessary days of decently severe pain and missed multiple days of work for something that could have been identified at this appointment, the symptoms of which *I asked questions about and drew attention to*. I am not going back to this location. I would strongly not recommend it to anyone.
