Customer service was on point! Only reason I brought 1 star down, vehicle we rented had some front bumper damage and inside of the vehicle was a little dirty. But other then that these people have been by far the friendliest at a rental company!

I came to this location after having an issue with another rental location and the Manager Jacob and Angie at the front desk were amazing. These guys pulled a miracle for us by not only getting us a rental but 5 rentals to get our workers to Pendleton. They were very helpful friendly and got us out in a timely fashion. These guys rocked it for us. 100% coming to this location for all my future rental needs.

Ok so we tried renting a car and their policies are beyond ridiculous. People are rude on the phone if u wanna ask multiple questions, like it's wasting their time. You basically need a soul and a half to even rent a car for 1 day. I literally needed it for an 8 hour trip. Just rediculous!

I reserved a truck last week to make sure I was able to move today and Enterprise called me 20 minutes before I was supposed to pick up to let me know they did not have my truck. Their solution to this problem was for me to drive 45 minutes in the opposite direction and offered me a 5% discount. I would not recommend renting from this company.
