Zero stars should really be an option by now. Avoid this complex at all costs! I lived here for months and managed to break my lease, trash, crime and roaches everywhere. And no dependable AC Even after 3 service calls. If you care about yourself or your family do not live here, it’s disgusting. There are more affordable and hospitable options outside of the city. There is no security and crime is rampant. This place needs to be torn down.

I don't even know where to start with these damn apartments. From the get go of the move in, there was just so much incompetence on management behalf. Absolutely NOTHING gets resolved when you put in a maintenance order and I mean NOTHING! I put in well over 15 orders revolving around the same issues and NO ONE ever came and I've lived there for a year. My kitchen floor was flooded for literally 7 MONTHS not days but MONTHS. I called it in, I went to the office, I took pictures and put in so many orders about that thing but no one came. It wasn't until my downstairs neighbor ceiling caved in that they actually came. When they got there they said "why didn't you put in a maintenance order?" Really?!?! I wanted to slap the piss out of them. Your visitors will never find a parking spot either, so be prepared to have them pay $300 to get their car back. When I finally moved, I was issued a refund check for the security deposit. These mofos charged me for the kitchen because it was "dirty" I cleaned out EVERYTHING except the sink because that thing stop working months ago and they never came to fix it! I had to throw all my dishes away because of how filthy the sink was! The company DOES NOT care in the slightest. DO NOT move here! You will regret it immediately!! Here's a picture of the management not giving a fuq when I walked in asking for my security deposit when it was a month late. Just on her phone and all. I walked in and she made me wait until she finished her text. NEVER again.
