The COVID excuse is old. They have not figured out how to adjust like everyone else has. We got an equipment quote in Spring 2021. When we tried to order later summer, it took 3 weeks for someone to take our final order - 3 or 4 calls to find out who would take our order after the original sales person took a medical leave. Fairly good service once we we had a face to face meeting but always had to be the one following up. The initial order was about $24,000. Apparently not enough for respectful service. When I called to set up delivery, I was told that a freezer that was being held for us was knowingly sold to another customer by someone higher in the organization than my sales person. They offered a "a substitute" that would be only $800 more (they were cutting us a break it was actually supposedly more than that). I said no, ordered what I needed from plantbasedpros.com at decent price. It was delivered 4 days later!!! the "substitute" would have been 2 weeks later. Sales rep was then supposed to redo invoice and let us know if we owed them or they owed us. It took too many calls and emails to find out at end of January 22 that they owed us $327. Have not received it as of 3/3/22. Probably never would have if I had not been persistent. This is not how we treat our customers. I suggest you not give them the chance to make you life/business more challenging than it already is. - especially if you are a small food operation.

Went there for the first time...not a bad place ..very cheap prices for quality equipment

Excellent place. All employees and visitors were in masks. The space is open and social distancing possible to maintain. Selection is good and prices reasonable. Will come back.
