Nice setting, usually parents will pick up after their fur children and take care everyone is playing nicely. It is located next to the soccer auditorium and behind the rec building near the freeway overpass. Ample parking if coming by car. The last few times we've gone, there haven't been any dogs in the small dog pen for my baby to socialize with. The large dog play pen, though, typically has a nice gathering and is fun to watch. The pens are segregated from each other and double gated, with a fenced access corridor in-between that is also gated for traffic in and out of either pens. There are trees for shade and benches for mommies and daddies to sit while the babies play. There is also a double drinking fountain outside the dog park entrance that has one fountain low enough for my Chihuahua to drink from. They're not automatic. Parents will have to press a button on the taller fountain for the water stream for the lower one. Still, dogs can quench their thirst after playtime. There are bowls in the pen, but I'm leery myself about my boy drinking from those. He never seems to want to, either, so I suggest bringing your own water if your baby doesn't like using the fountain.

The people at this park are really nice. A lot more friendly than a lot of the other parks I've been to. Keep in mind that it is pretty small, kind of dirty, and you probably will have to watch where you step. But other than that, my pup usually has a good time here. Owners are usually not on their phones (as you see at other parks), and are attentive to their and others' dogs.

If you call this a dog park, you probably shouldn't have a dog! It is not only small, but it has hard packed dirt for ground covering and no grass? If they had spent as much time on the park as they did designing all the entry Gates it probably would be a really nice park, because the gating system is actually very nice. But there is nowhere for your dog to roll around in the grass which should be against the law!!

Kind of small but very beautiful area. Lots of trees n shade. Separate big dog and small day areas. Water fountain. Very clean area, know what I mean? Great place to meet other dog lovers.
