Word of advice- DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY OR BUSINESS. I’ve always paid early or right on time and realized I was charged $50 for “insufficient fees” AFTER the payment had been processed for DAYS. When I tried to email I was ignored, and when I chatted in the representative ended the chat when she didn’t feel like answering my questions. This is absolutely ridiculous and SUCH A SCHEME.

"Dan the Man" is what I called him by the time I left. He helped me out so much with getting into a unit. He had personality and was extremely knowledgeable about the company. Not to mention the property looked really good, you can tell they keep everything well maintained. Made me feel better about storing my belongings there!

The Pubic Storage units we have in Lake Highlands have of great value to us through the years. The PS location is very clean, safe, and cool during the hot summer months. Dan and team have always taken extraordinary care of our units and when we inadvertently leave unlocked he is quick to contact us in order for us to resolve. We sincerely appreciate his customer service.

Almost 2 yrs ago my son reminded me that I needed to get 'my boxes' moved from Austin back to Dallas. I had seen a convenient Public Storage unit open some time before in a very convenient location. So I stopped by & rented one. There have been a few changes in management (people who were always helpful) but Dan has even surpassed the helpfulness previously mentioned. I have learned that in the aging process we slow down physically but we are also declining a bit in all other aspects. Dan has reached out to be helpful to me in several ways...recovering from a late payment that snuck up on me, helping me set up an auto pay, & then helping me figure out why the last auto pay was declined(a change that Chase made that I did not know about or fully understand) but was corrected today by my bringing in my new card. All of the above were handled by Dan in a polite & understanding way which helps us 'older folk' continue to age more gracefully! And, that is greatly appreciated. The office is always neat, clean and well organized. The times I have gone to the actual unit, it has always been clean, well lighted & the temperature very comfortable. So, three cheers to those who saw Dan's potential & hired such a fine young man! Thank you very much. Sincerely, Barbara Arms
