very unhappy with pharmacy at CVS VILLA LA JOLLA DR. the young woman at the pharmacy was so rude and even I had appointment for my 2nd booster shut and was waiting more than 1 hours she denied to answer my questions and when I asked for store manager and he try to help me ,the woman was not ready for any help and said she is so busy and I need to make appointment for another time, for sure I am not going there anymore.

Very poor service from the pharmacy. I called in my prescription at 9:00am came in at 10:40am and they said 25 more minutes. I waited 1hr. And I know this things happen some times, but I witness at least 3 people with the same situation, it seemed like they just had no concern over the customer. If you can avoid this pharmacy do so! As far as the store, it was very clean and organized. Staff polite.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about 7 months and have never had a good experience. THEY’RE SO SLOW. I always have to wait in line for at least 10 minutes. I recently took a prescription to drop off and after 30 minutes of waiting I went to go check the status and they said they forgot to fill it... Another time I took a prescription to drop off and they said it’d be ready for pick up in an hour... I highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy.

Incompetent and too slow. Promised time and actually delivery of prescription had 50 min.gap. When I called for explanation the pharmacist(France X) rudely hung up on me. There are many better pharmacies with better professional service. Do not go to this store.
