One of the worst if not the worst ! Ordered online, wayyyy ahead of my pickup time, then arrived exactly on time. The cashier was sooo rude even though I was patiently waiting for almost 10mins on the pickup line. When she finally faced me, no apologies for my waiting and sarcastically just told me to wait 5-10 mins. And so I waited l, thinking somebody "is" preparing my order while she is getting and preparing in-store order. But lo and behold, after a while, she was still the one to prepare my 50pc order ! And to top it off, she stopped and prepared another order she get in store. All this and just casually hand over my order after waiting for more than 20mins ! I understand if they're understaff, but they're not ! I saw about 6 people in there, pretending to be busy. Never will I ever going back there!

I had a scheduled pickup at 7:40pm. When I get there the cashier says I don’t have a mobile order and asks 2 different people how to look it up until the manager comes and finds the order in seconds on the screen. They tell me my order will be ready in 3 minutes. While waiting, I saw 4 different people come in and complain about various issues with their orders. Lots of items missing and some getting spicy when they ordered regular (foreshadowing). The employees were giving homeless people extra food for free which I thought was nice. 17 minutes after the scheduled time, my simple order of a chicken sandwich meal with a 2 piece was ready. I checked the order as soon as I was handed the bag and saw the fries were missing. I told the woman and was told I needed to show proof that I ordered fries. While that is understandable, why do I have to pull up my mobile order when it’s your job and you could just look at the screen faster? I did show her and got my fries. The food was fine but the service was terrible- very slow, unapologetic, incompetent, and rude. A simple sorry would’ve went a long way, but they constantly made me feel like I was in the wrong.

I was in a hurry and needed to get to get something to eat and stopped by this location and got a 3PC rice and potatoes totaled $12.86 and look at this. It’s the 3 smallest PC in the store and old I would like a refund!!! look at this, I will not be eating this tonight. No one is answering the phone while preparing the post they are still open the current time of last call is 9:39PM! And it just stops ringing. The 1.Wing. 2.Leg 3.Thigh all we’re old and fit in side of the small potatoes lid. 2star due to they answered the phone @9:47

First time getting the spicy chicken sandwich with side of red beans and rice that’s never get but Instead they give French fries and like old old chickens sandwich with lots of mayo, but they make sure to gave me a fork for my red and beans lol, I leave a picture so y’all can judge by yourself self never coming back again not a $9 dls meal worth it smh

Just left Popeyes. Walked in 10 mins before it closed. It took 30 mins for a 2 piece, 2 shrimps for 2.49 and a chicken sandwich. Got home after waiting 30 minutes only to have cold freaking food. Manager was horrible, someone walked in the door after they closed due to customer in side leaving. Instead of telling the customer they were closed he just let him stand there for over 10 mins and never said anything. I told the customer they closed at 10. He should be fired or demoted he definitely is not manager material oh maybe Popeyes management material. I know nothing will come out if this because if I had red the previous reviews I would of went somewhere else. Very sad and poor customer service.
