I won't share why but I lowered my 5 star rating because I was given a 15 day eviction per the owner based off what another tenant had said. He didn't even call to find out what the real truth was but thats ok I was ready to move anyway he just made it a little quicker which there was some other life altering negative affects like losing my job. But I did live here for about a year and half and was alright when I stayed to myself. But no hard feelings it was almost 2 years ago.

Lived there 2 years now. I love it..very peaceful, no issues at all. The owner is very kind..and very helpful. I consider it home.

we had two surprises - a rather rudimentary setup, which was slightly unpleasant, and new (less than one week) owners, who had never been in the RV Park business before, which was VERY pleasant. The new owners couldn't do enough to make up for the surprise that the former owners left us with. They deserve better than they got stuck with, and since the park is on the right side of DFW, we'll be going back the next time we're passing through. Talk about easy access! From I-30 to I-630 to SR 114, and the madness that is DFW traffic is avoided (almost) completely.
