I set up a car rental from Newport Oregon to Seattle Washington. I set everything up over the phone with the staff at the Newport location. They told me the drop location I wanted wouldn’t be any problem and to drop it off at the scheduled 4:30 time. Come to find out that location closed at 1:00 and when I called customer service they said I couldn’t do an after closing drop off at that location. This trip was for work and this issue ended up causing a delay in being able to start my job and brought on a lot of stress. Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of accurate information.

They wouldn't pick up their phone all day. When we got there, it took a half an hour to get help and then they gave us a Volkswagon Golf rather than the full size that was paid for.

We took our original rental vehicle back for a replacement and had the best customer service and she was very knowledgeable, quick and made the transition smoothly and gave us an upgrade (free of charge) for our troubles and the amount of stuff we had.
