3 young ladies, laughing, texting and joking around! I was in line for THIRTY minutes and they’re laughing and joking around not taking orders. Another 30 minutes to give me my order! Unbelievable!!

Just overall the worse Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Literally 1 person making drinks & the wait is over 30 minutes every time. I wish they would open a drive thru if that’s how long you plan on making us wait or get more employees!!! Get it together starbucks this location is the only one with these issues !!

Fast and friendly service. The drinks I get are always so great. I didn’t get my first choice of drink because they didn’t have the ingredients for it, but that’s not the employees’ faults. There is a shortage of supplies for all stores so it’s understandable.

I patronize Starbucks quite frequently because I love their coffee. However, I am very disappointed in this location. The Starbucks space is always dirty even when they don’t have customers! I added photos below. The napkin station is never stocked and even if it’s not being stocked because of COVID-19, the area should be cleaned and wiped down. Just disgusting. Customer service is hit or miss. There is no sense of urgency and care from the baristas. There are some baristas who really take pride in working there but others are either on their cell phones, having side conversations, or just standing around. I get a sense that morale is down at this location. I’m not sure who manages, but they are doing a lousy job. This location needs a visit from corporate office. Just sayin’. It’s a shame that this location is going downhill especially since it was remodeled not too long ago.
