I go to this location because it's close to my home, but the last two times I've gone in the staff look bothered to cut their conversation short to assist and worse yet, they do not wear their masks over their nose. I am always polite, but the more I think about it, I may just go the regular post office next time. At least they are kind and aim to keep everyone safe.

Today I came in because I needed to print out a document for my dad that was on my email. I was having a hard time getting it to send to the email for Postal Annex to be able to print it for me. I wish I got the name of the employee. She was so pleasant and so patient with me. She helped me figure out how to send the email to their email to be able to print the document that I needed that day. I was on my way to an appointment in which I needed that document ASAP. I can’t put into words how amazing she was and helpful also so caring and sweet that made me feel like it was also important to her as it was for me to get it done. If I could give more then five stars I would. I recommend this place 100%.This is my second time using Postal Annex for printing documents and has always been an amazing experience here. Customer service is on point and also they go that extra mile to help their customers. I usually never do these type of reviews or surveys but I wanted to take the time and tell my experience, I wanted to show my gratitude and let it be known how amazing the employee was to me! A lot of people don’t like their job especially on a Friday and aren’t happy to be working, She was the complete opposite. She was eager and happy to help me and took her time but was it was a quick task.She made me feel so comfortable and at ease knowing it was going to get done. In my mind I was giving up not knowing how to figure it out myself then when she took over to help me, it seriously made my day so much better! I wish I had her name to make it more personal and let her manager know how great she is. It was Friday Feb.28,2020 at 3:54pm when my dad and I came in to get that document printed. Hopefully they can obtain her name by that information and give her the appropriate praise.Thank you again for your help!

I have been coming to this annex to ship out parts that cannot easily or inexpensively be replaced. The staff here always makes me feel welcomed & ensures that my parts are in good hands with them. They always make sure to get me the best deal they possibly can & go above and beyond in making sure my parts are safely/securely packaged. Since I started shipping my parts through them, my packages have been delivering on time & have been received in the same conditions they were originally shipped in.
