Lakeview at Josey Ranch will be my parents’ third senior community and I really feel like the third time is the charm. All of the staff, especially Stephanie Duke and the executive director Robbie, have made us feel so welcome and at home. I’ve eaten two meals with my parents here and to see the looks on their faces when they actually like what they are eating plus have the ability for more flexible dining hours is just amazing. The staff has been incredibly responsive to inquiries, the lease was easy to read and the speed at which they have helped my parents be ready for their move in is amazing. I would strongly recommend anyone searching for senior independent living to take a tour at Lakeview!!!

My mother moved into Lakeview in the fall of 2009 and moved out September of 2020. This facility is lovely and they work hard to provide activities and meal experiences even during the pandemic. My mother was in at least 3 different floor plan apartments and all of them definitely suited her needs. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. The residents are happy and safe. I would recommend this facility if you are looking for an independent living community.

My parents have made great friends here. Not sure what is going on, some growing pains?? Food has become inedible and housekeeping is very sketchy. Starting to look at new facilities.

My Mom is a charter resident at Lakeview and was very happy there the first year. Unfortunately, the management (which seems to keep changing) continues to put more restrictions on the residents. 30 meals a month are included in the rent and my Mom rarely uses them all. We used to be able to eat there with her and it counted towards her 30 meals. Now, they decided to start charging $12/meal per guest even though she loses 10-15 meals a month. Also, they started charging $50/month for parking. I'm very disappointed in this place and would not recommend it.
