July of 2016: AVOID unless you can't make it to another ER! My mother was brought here for a dislocated shoulder (fall down some steps). For three hours the unprofessional doctor (eating some gas station sushi rather than assisting my mother- I'm sorry you can't make this up) did not administer any pain relief even though she was in agonizing pain. This idiot and failure of a medical practitioner tried 3 times to set her shoulder (without pain meds) and then told us he was not qualified to do so. We ended up taking my mother by ambulance to Springfield IL for treatment. They had her treated (shoulder set) within 5 minutes of arrival. I can go on and on about the unprofessional behavior and failures of this doc. It was so bad, we are still considering legal arrangements to prevent this doctor from practicing medicine.
