*EDIT BELOW* I'm not very happy with this Car Spa location. I went here once and their car wash destroyed the rear wiper arm on my car. I've never had a problem with it at any other car wash. What upsets me the most is that the guy who wiped down my vehicle didn't inform me about it or let me know. The car wash itself is terrible too. As you can see from the picture, the rear glass looks terrible. I also had a relative go here about a week later and her car came out dirty as well. Not happy about it. *EDIT - The director of operations, Joshua, reached out to me following this review. He offered to pay for the new wiper arm. I had no problem getting a refund for the part. However, he didn't refund me for the car wash itself (not sure why) and in my original post I showed how the car was still dirty by looking at the back glass. I'm going to bring my review up from a 1 star to a 3 because I do appreciate the customer service.

Never ever go to this place!! Such a worst car wash I have ever seen!! Comparing other places they are very expensive and very poor services!! They don’t even have a facility for free self vaccum!! The dirt will still remain there after the wash! No respect will provide either to the customers or nor to the cars!!

Very nice clean lobby area with comfy chairs and TV. They have some items for kids too to keep them entertained while waiting. They have affordable choices for car washes and monthly specials. They did an excellent job with cleaning and vacuuming my car, and the wait time was not too shabby either considering it was during the lunch hour, and they had over two dozen cars coming and going. They also provide other services such as oil changes. I overheard a gentleman next to me on his phone stating what his wait time was for an oil change. Once again considering the time of day, it was a reasonable wait time. I will definitely return.

The staff here made the difference. A quick stop to get my vehicle washed was a pleasant experience. The first person I encountered was friendly and helpful. He encouraged me to do an exterior only wash if I was in a hurry. After what seemed like only a minute or two I was already on my way. I really doubted the effectiveness of such a short wash cycle for such a filthy vehicle but I was wrong. When I got home I was surprised to see my vehicle was completely clean. Great job and thank you!
