Absolutely chaotic atmosphere. Childish and immature employees. I've been a pizza customer for years. Last 2 orders worthless. Raw dough and sliced improperly. Placed orders online. No management evident. Buy your pizzs elsewhere. Not a good value. No Customer service

I was picking up my order here on June 3rd around 8:15. Tracker said my order was done but I waited about 5 minutes before I went in cause I know the tracker is not 100% accurate. When I went in I was told my order was coming out of the oven. Ok cool. I proceeded to wait at least 15 minutes without anyone offering to help or anything. I eventually went to counter to ask for my order which had probably been sitting there the whole time. Awful experience. Also apparently one of the delivery drivers hit someone's parked car and did not stop. The cars owner came up while I was there and confronted her about it and she said that the car hit her. She continued with that story until he showed her his ring camera video of he incident, then she wanted to exchange insurance info. This all happened within 20 minutes. I just wanted to get my pizza and leave

Food took over an hour to arrive despite being less than a mile from the store , and when it did the order was wrong. Something I’d never eat if starving kinda wrong too. Repeated phone calls to report the incorrect order were greeted by hanging up. Is it possible to give this location a -5 star rating?

This location is so slow! My estimated pickup time was 7:35-7:45 and I showed up at 7:45 and my pizza wasn’t even started. I waited out in the parking lot for 30 minutes and kept tracking it. They were supposed to deliver car side and I noticed my pizza was just sitting there waiting. If they didn’t deliver to my car within 2 minutes of it being ready I was supposed to get a feee pizza. Whoever was working inside stopped the timer for the free pizza and I still had to come inside to pick up my order! There were several other customers waiting too. Poor service and I’m disappointed that they didn’t even allow me to get my free pizza on my next visit.

Security reasons they really do not suppose to have enough to brake or change a 100 dollar bill. Sometimes by doing that person can suspended from work for it shows that the till has more 75 dollars so they should have their draw, but let's take care you. When hardly anyone takes 100 dollar bill these days.
