Staff seem very pressured and as if they are only there for the check. The amount of times I had to repeat that I was just looking for a shoe, really goes to show their un attentive behavior while working.

I visited this location 3/27 and was greeted by an amazing energetic young lady who made me feel welcomed! She even complimented my shoes which made me feel good. The store was very clean, great selection of sneakers, and the employees made it a friendly environment they were all interacting with their customers and they all made me feel welcomed in this store! The Downtown location is the opposite, i couldn’t get noone to walk over to me and ask me how i was doing.

The Curly hair light skinned girl was nice, but the dark skinned had an attitude problem. Messed up my whole mood. If I ever have to deal with her again, I'll just leave and never return. Neither will my family or friends. Because we are big on customer service, and in my profession I am always polite. She treat people like your her enemy and she act like she don't want to be there.
