Ive been here many times and the owners are always so nice and helpful. I came in yesterday to get a new pendent for my chain but quickly realized i wanted a new knecklace as well. When the owner overheard me saying I wanted a new knecklace he offered to take my old one and upgrade me to a new one which was a lot better quality with only a small difference i had to pay. I literally saved a couple hundred. My boyfriend has got customized jewelry from here as well and we never feel like were getting ripped off or upsold. They work with your budget and are extremely friendly.

This place truly deserves 5-stars! Fast service, high quality. We had a slight problem with what we ordered and they immediate fixed it. David, the owner, really has that shop running smooth and efficient. Mathew our salesman was friendly customer polite, and knew his product and their shops capabilities inside and out. It was a pleasure coming here and we will for sure be back!

Upon entering the National City Price Breaker you wonder if you made the right choice, for high end and modern jewelry, however I will tell you Jewelry Mart is the only choice. They have been honest and dependable in every transaction. I have been a customer of Jewelry Mart since 1997. I live out of state, but visit often. Many times I take a photo of a piece that I like high end or low end and Dave will beat the price and send it to me. I have also had several custom pieces made including including engagement ring. Some of the custom pieces I and others have worn in movies and in an Amazon TV series that we are on. Jewelry Mart is amazing when it comes to jewelry and watch repairs. I have and will continue to send them my family and friends, none of which have ever been let down.
