DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION...I just purchased this brand new Polo shirt last week. I dropped it off on Monday to be pressed and light starch only to return today (Thursday) to find this. I paid $98.50 for this shirt at Dillards to wear to a wedding this weekend. I am LIVID.

If I could give a negative star I would. This place RUINED two of my very expensive winter sweaters. My pink sweater came out grey and "ratty" looking. My black sweater came out with the silver buttons missing that lined the neck and sleeves. When I went in to get retribution I was told they would just fix the sweaters and they would not give me any monetary value for them. How do you plan to fix a sweater that has turned from pink to grey and is balled up and a sweater that has over 20 specific buttons that are missing? The owner was extremely rude. No apologies at all. The man behind the counter could only repeat over and over "I don't know." I have been getting clothes dry cleaned for over 30 years and have never had clothes completely ruined. Even when I have had items damaged other dry cleaners always were very professional and made things right by offering monetary value for the clothes that were damaged. This place needs to go out of business. If you can't clean clothes properly than close you doors! Jodi
