Your employees are stealing returned shoes and flipping them. Refund the customer’s money thieves

BEWARE: THIS LOCATION STEALS RETURNS! We came in January to initiate an exchange because the pair purchased was the wrong size. One of the employees inspected the shoes, took them from us, and created a return label on their iPad and emailed me a copy of the label and I didn’t leave the store until I received the email. He stated once the label is scanned, it’ll trigger the exchange to be sent out. We specifically ASKED if any other documentation was required and he said only the return label which will be emailed to you. Fast forward to today, the shoes were NEVER sent out by the store, the fraudulent return label has expired and Adidas won’t refund me my money because this specific store did not issue me a return slip, only a copy of the return label. They change their policies to suit them but expect their customers to follow them. I’m out shoes and my money and the store manager ABBY is covering up for them. I have escalated this to the BBB, DCA, and have notified the AG. Adidas is now on notice that their employees are stealing customer’s returns and blame the customers instead. NEVER spending a dime here again - shameful company, despicable practices.
