Hi there! Came into the store to return a couple of items for Amazon. Waited in line patiently while listening to dark haired, slightly large female speak to older blonde female about a male customer that they were upset with. Ok. Idk what happened but ok. It was now my turn and she said "just returns ok thank you I got it" I asked for a receipt and she said to me "I can give you a receipt but I have to tell you it doesn't mean anything, we can't help you if something happens". She needs to be trained better. Both of them do. If Amazon doesn't get it, yes that receipt can help you. Don't listen to her please.

Yikes Lupe was having a bad day, never smiled just needed a very small box taped and she said I would have to buy another box to put it in. Didnt want Lupe to lose it up so I left very nicely thank and went down the street to the ups store in the Safeway parking lot they took of me right away were friendly professional and both employees had big smiles way to go! Who ever runs the Clearwater store may wanna make some changes customer service is key!

I use the various services of this UPS store at least one time per week, and have been visiting for years. Everyone who works here is top notch. Some of the sweetest people. Very helpful, professional, efficient and intelligent. Christine, in particular, is a great person to work with. They always offer the best options and lines are short or nonexistent.
