AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you care about your pet you will not take them here. Unprofessional receptionists and vet techs. They are not transparent, do not know how to communicate anything to pet owners, and always appear to be struggling to keep up with the day to day. An example: muzzling my dog by putting blue tape around her mouth to do some blood work, not informing us of them even having to do that or allowing us to be in the room while this was happening. Their "Care" program is a money pit. On top of it all, no one here actually CARES about your pet. Out of the half a dozen appointments, 1 was tolerable. Do not take a chance going here, you're better off ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Brought my dog in for emergency. They told us he wasn’t an emergency and sent us away. Two days later he stopped breathing and died. Literally could not have a worse experience with any vet. Not even worth the one star lowest review. Don’t ever do business with them.

boarding area was clean. Staff was friendly and caring. The medical staff always kept me informed for one of my pets that required nursing care. Overall, pricing was reasonable.

My family and I are beyond disappointed in the grooming services our dog received today. We hadn’t gone in a while because our favorite groomer left and winter break was hectic. We asked the groomer to make our dog a tad shorter than the last time we had taken him in. His hair was very long at this point. Upon picking him up today he was shaved down pretty much to his skin other than his head and tail. We feel so sad for our poor dog and he is not acting himself. We took our fur baby in, trusting he was in good hands and we will never take him there again. We feel so guilty for how he looks and how sad he is acting.
