This place is great! I had 2 single shirts that I wanted to print photos on for upcoming events, and for each one I was able to drop off my self-supplied shirt and email the photo to R&R for printing with less than a 24-hour turnaround (and was even offered same-day turnaround with less than 4 hours' notice). The price was also very reasonable for a single/self-supplied shirt, and I'm very happy with the results. Definitely recommend!

The BEST embroiderer I have ever worked with. I have so many nightmare stories about embroidery vendors and Frank is absolutely a dream to work with. I am a sample maker and always need embroidery, R&R will always be my go-to destination. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but the way owner of this place talked to us made me very mad and he made me to come here and leave a bad review. Me and my partner went there last week and explained him we have 9 items to do a small embroidery on the chest with one color. We have our printing place in LA & we want to work with someone who is honest and can give us a good price on the jobs we will bring. Frank asked if we can show him the logo and the shirts, after he saw the job and got all the details, he gave us $35 for set up and $5.50 per item which was fine. We agreed and signed the order form for positioning, color and quantity. A week later my partner stopped by to pick up the job, he gave her an invoice to sign with just the total showing with no other details. She asked if she can have a copy of the invoice & frank said that we will email the invoice. A day later we received the invoice with doubled prices. I called and explained that we agreed on cheaper prices why are you charging double of what we agreed on? He goes like less than 12 i CHARGE HOWEVER I FEEL LIKE IT, i can just give you $15 dollars credit for your next order. I though i didn't hear it right and asked told him we agreed on the prices you gave us that is why we did this job with you, this is not right, but he didn't care and hung up the phone. I think all these reviews are fake, he is offering his client money to leave positive reviews and I am not sure how he is still in the business with his attitude and the way he treat people. Very disappointing Mr Frank.
