Went in to pick up an online order. Walked in and asked the first associate that I seen, where the online pick up is. He directed me upstairs. Took the escalators upstairs, walked up to the register, gave them my ID, signed my receipt and walked out in less than 15 minutes with my order (I loitered around the store a bit). Store was busy, well organized and had plenty of associates ready to help you.

I was soo happy to get these shoes in the $99 section. There were about 8 boxes of them, but when i got to the register $134+. I was telling the girl theres many of those rt there in $99, but nope! I was saddened to not have em when it wasnt my fault the 8 boxes left were put there.. Customer wasnt even close to being rt @ Coach. smh

Love the product so how could it not be great? Store was really clean and lots of stock. There was a line out front but it moved well and controlling people in and out meant a less crowded shopping experience. I got 2 fabulous bags and a wallet! So happy.
