I love their bags but unfortunately won’t be shopping at this location ever again. For the second time I felt very discriminated bc of my looks after spending more than 20min looking around the store no one approached me to help. They all walked by me and ignored me and instead run to help all the other race such as white or Asian people instead of asking if I needed help. Once at the register I was told they were other cheaper purses that were more affordable. very disgusting treatment I rather take my business else were.

One of my favorite stores here. Store is always clean. Staff is always polite and attentive. A young woman named Angel helped me out. She went out of her way to bring over several different styles of a handbag I was looking for which I greatly appreciated. She was easy to talk to and made my experience pleasant. Great associates are extremely rare these days.

This place made my wife’s day on New Years last year. I wanted to get her something, a surprise, but I didn’t know enough on what she liked or didn’t like. So I took her blindfolded to Michael Kors and then let her pick some items out. The staff were polite and helpful too!

It varies from time to time. When we went in July it was 60% off and the Vegas one was 70% off also in July.
