The store manager, Lawrence was beyond rude and very unprofessional. Over 14 people left the store and he was still having us wait. A couple behind us got so upset, they left the line; and by the time I went in, I was so upset I preferred leaving without buying an item from them. His response was, “I don’t have enough staff to help.” This has never happened to me before. Usually, 3 people leave a store and 3 come in, even during the pandemic. This is ridiculous for a store of this magnitude to be managed so poorly.

I took my daughter and we met her friend at this store because she needed new sneakers.
Since the line was so long I decided to wait in line while they went and picked up the shoes.
They found exactly the shoes they wanted and other wonderful price because it’s an factory store.
By the time I was almost at the cashier they were back and we paid a left perfect.
