I have two girls playing for this club. Their training they have received and immediate feedback has helped them become confident, and technically trained players. We were looking for a club with great fundamentals, excellent coaching, and family feel. We have meet some amazing families and our daughters have developed lasting friendships. StormVBC is not just a club, it is ‘Ohana.

Let me start of by saying that this is by far the BEST Volleyball club in the south. We've been to some of the neighboring clubs and let me be totally honest that the quality coaching they offer is superb. The technicality and the logistic of the game is what sets this club apart from the rest that we've been too. My daughter has learned so much than she was at her previous club. I would like to name a few that we've been too but that would be against Storm policy. They made it clear that there is no bad mouthing of any clubs or you will be dismissed from Storm :) "shhh" Our experience was amazing and we are definitely in for the following season. They really care about their players. I don't have a problem paying for the great service they offer. Gosh where do i start?! 3-4 practice days with extra conditioning 2-2 1/2 hours of training for the same price. The staff here is phenomenal. Coach Wera is amazing. this coach is true to her fundamental style. Oh and Coach Marleena is awesome. This lady knows her stuff. She makes miracles. She will take "nothing" and make it "something". My kid came in with poor hitting mechanics and we were told that it will be hard to fix. Well, guess what?? Storm fixed it and now shes the "to go hitter" at the games. I usually don't like to post but i felt that i should say something as i here to many things said about this club and i was skeptical at first. Now, i'm glad that i gave Storm a chance. Give it a try. You'll be glad you did. Yes, they don't have facilities like other big clubs. It wasn't a concern to me after i saw the way they coach. Again, i'm paying for the great service and quality of this club not the cosmetic side of it. Thank you Storm volleyball club for a wonderful season. We finally found a place to call home. I am frustrated to say that the coordinator has very poor people skills and low professionalism. She schedule a try out date for my daughter and earlier that day I called her to confirm the address and told us that i should have received a called from the coach to re-schedule which i never got, but understood that things happen and they could of miss it. She gave me a second date and I ask her if i should confirm before going and said not that it was a set date a nothing would change. I show up to the tryout and there was no one there. I called her, and once again she was pointing fingers to some one else that should have called me to reschedule. To make this review shorter I was given the excuse about getting call or email from someone else another two times. The unfortunate thing was that my daughter was super excited about joining a volleyball team and was unable to because we waited for storm, because she guaranteed an opening and missed tryouts dates at all the other volleyball teams in the area. My daughter was distress about the whole situation and as I father you should know the frustration i went trough.
