Online and their building hours say they open at 7 am and they did not open until 7:30 am. An update on the hours would be nice. The man that checked me in was snappy because I didn’t understand his question.

TERRIBLE customer service from the receptionist on the 3rd floor (Internal Medicine), Erika M, who refused to allow me to be present with my 71 year old uncle for his appointment. He just recently had brain surgery for God's sake. How insensitive of you Erika M. Erika M even refused to provide me the room number of my Uncle's appointment. Shame on you Erika M. I explained to Erika M that the information being delivered to my uncle during his appointment will not be retained due to his brain condition and I need to be present. She again refused. I asked Erika M. for the Sharp policy that gave her power to deny a friend or relative of a patient access to the appointment. She provided me with several personal reasons, however none of which were Sharp policy. Erika M. continued disrespectful behavior by speaking to her coworker while communicating with me. I decided I needed to speak to a supervisor. TERRIBLE customer service from Jennifer Kemp the supervisor on duty. I went to speak to Jennifer Kemp who appeared to be receptive and understanding of my concerns. I asked Jennifer Kemp about the Sharp policy that gave Erika M. the power to deny me access to my HANDICAPPED uncle's appointment. Jennifer Kemp was NOT knowledgeable of any such policy and stated that she will speak with Dr Montoya, the head of the department, and respond back to me. Jennifer Kemp then gave me the business card of the Sharp complaint department employee for me to follow up with. I did not ask or inquire for this individual. At this point I was under the belief I was to no longer speak with Jennifer Kemp based on her body language. I heard a response back from Jennifer Kemp 3 days later. Sad to say the conversation was extremely brief considering the nature of this problem. Jennifer Kemp told me when we physically met 3 days ago that she would speak to the involved party's, find out what happened, speak to Dr Montoya, and get back to me. Jennifer Kemp told me 3 days later nothing about the conversation with Dr Montoya. Jennifer Kemp told me 3 days later Sharp could have done more to get me access to my HANDICAPPED uncle's appointment. Jennifer Kemp told me that some sort of a staff training had taken place. Jennifer Kemp did NOT mention if any disciplinary actions had been taken though. Jennifer Kemp made comments to me that she was taking time out of her busy day to call me with this information. This comment was made when I presented Jennifer Kemp with questions regarding her promise of information she was supposed to provide me. I believe Jennifer Kemp keeping her word to call me was expected NOT to be misunderstood as going above and beyond. I was rushed off of the phone by Jennifer Kemp while I had questions left unanswered. I asked Jennifer Kemp for written communication of the details of our conversation and was refused. I do NOT recommend Sharp Rees-Stealy's services to be provided to anyone who is expecting decent or better customer service. My uncle is HANDICAPPED with a brain impairment. It was fully reasonable for me to have access to his appointment. Nobody should have to deal with such horrible treatment by any employees. I expected compassion and sympathy from all medical facility staff ESPECIALLY during the times of COVID. SADLY I WAS MISTAKEN Shame on Sharp Reese-Stealy 3rd Ave Chula Vista, CA

Samuel Morgan Hammer Naham podiatrist so angry when you ask for additional clarification or additional consideration on his game plan for healing if it goes against his word. Copped an attitude and tells you calm down. Then decided to leave the appointment and not complete appointment. 3 treatments offered not given. Asked for a supervisor or someone else to complete the appointment was told to leave and call a number with no area code on it. Receptionisti in main area had to give me the right number.

If you have insurance with Sharp Rees Stealy, you can call your doctor and request an order for a test if you've been exposed. If you are symptomatic, you can talk with the greeters and they can help check you in for a doctor's visit and you can get an order for the test then. The vaccination's availability is gonna be another month or so until it's available to the public
