I have had a rough 8 years with lower back problems and have gone to different massage and acupuncture places in San Diego. They gave me a little relief for a few hours to a day max. I have also done physical therapy for a few years which seemed to help a little. One day I took my daughter to one of those indoor trampoline places and wanted to show off a little doing flips into the foam pit. I instantly regretted after leaving. My back hurt so bad I could barely walk or lift anything. It took about 3 days until I finally decided to try a chiropractor. I was always nervous and under the impression that once you go, you HAVE to continue going or the pain will return. Needless to say I was wrong. I discovered The Joint chiropractics through a friend of my wife. I am so pleased with the results and quality of care through this establishment. Thank you to Dr. Harold Heeder for the relief in my entire body. Little did I know it would also fix my neck and shoulder pain. I can’t say it enough; thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙏🏼

Great place to get alignment. I already referred 2 family members to this place. No appts needed. Short to no wait times. Convenient and very knowledgeable doctors.

I had the Wellness Plan (WP), I read on the papers they gave me I had to go 2 days prior to the next billing cycle or else I would get charge and charges are non refundable. So I made sure to go on April 27 which was 3 days prior, I told the girl at the front desk, she said her name was Alison but i didn't see a name tag so idk if thats her actual name because she seems to not care about her job, not only with me but ive seen her attitude with other customers, anyways i told her i wanted to cancel my membership, she tried to offer me another plan, I denied it and she went on the computer and told me I was good to go. She never gave me a cancelation form so I left. A few days later I checked my bank account and they charged me for another month so I called them and she picked up. The first thing she asked when I explained what happened was if I got her name which I didn't have, I had to go back and get her name. She said no refunds can be given even though I explained everything that happened and it was clearly her fault. When I asked for a supervisor or someone I could call or talk to about it she said it's only her and the doctors. Very displeased with their receptionist.

The Dr. was just standing behind the desk when I saw the piece of paper that said no new patients. To me, this is a sign of laziness. It takes a very short amount of time to "process" a new patient in my experiences of chiropractics. If the Dr. really cared about healing people this sign wouldn't exist and they would sign people in. Maybe hire a new secretary? Solutions, rather than just pushing people away.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.
All of our doctors at The Joint Chiropractic are licensed Doctors of Chiropractic with the years of experience needed in order to best serve you, and perform recommended adjustments.
We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
Can be different week to week; call them on a Monday and ask the schedule for the week.
They take FSA, but not insurance. Check out your company's Flexible Spending Account program.
