I'm giving four stars because on my last visit to this place I was not treated a 100% good like usual!, But sharps hospital still the best on the West! I just had a little misunderstanding with the fimale doctor and nurse that I happen to end up with that night in the emergency room that they have forgotten about a client as a patient that we are paying for a service and we still have the last saying about the medication that I should take or be satisfied with the nurse and doctor that one can end up with Sir! I got the right to request another doctor or nurse if I feel uncomfortable with the one I happened to end up with! Sincerely Nacho. A USA Vietnam veteran from the Warfield. Thank you very much

The worst dept in the hospital. No costumer service. I spent 2 days to ask a schedule for ultrasound kidney failure which my md wants the result as soon as possible never answer phone at all. They don’t care about there phone ringing for 30 min or more. Terrible

If you want your HIPAA rights thrashed this is the place to go. No sign from podium to protect the privacy of those ahead of you or your own, and a staff that has no problem announcing what you're here for or discussing other patients' visits out loud. The techs doing the tests were great. Otherwise, miserable.

RIP OFF REPORT. They scammed me. I had to get 6 MRI's and a few Xrays. The website says an MRI is $480, and additional MRI's are $240 without insurance. They billed me $1,150 for each MRI and refuse to give me the cash price because they already submitted the invoice. They never told me it would cost almost 5 times as much if I handed them my insurance card. You would think it would be the same price or cheaper if you use your already over priced Sharp Health Plan insurance. If you can operate and MRI machine, you can operate a calculator. Stop being dishonest and taking advantage of sick and injured people.
