I've had a box at this location for several years, I regularly pick up and drop off shipments and Amazon returns. My experience is always pleasant, I enjoy coming here. Alan, the owner, is the nicest guy, he is super friendly and willing to help no matter what the circumstances might be, his staff are super friendly as well and equally helpful. When I first got my mailbox here, Alan was kind enough to give me a fair price, after all, I was just starting my business and at the time, money was tight. I needed all the help I could get in order to launch my business. Over the years, I have been to so many UPS stores and had a number of mixed experiences with the staff, some good, some bad. No UPS store has been as kind to me as Alan and his staff. When I visit, everyone greets me with a smile, they make me feel like I am their only client by remembering my name and my box number. I noticed other reviews that seem like some folks have unrealistic expectations, or they may be leaving a bad review just to be mean, retaliatory and disrespectful. That behavior isn't cool, and in my opinion some of the negative reviews are a misrepresentation of this store, which in part has motivated me to post this review to provide others with a more realistic account of what you can expect when you stop by. Summarily, I highly recommend this UPS store location for getting a mailbox with an actual street address, or shipping packages, or anything else that they can do for you since they are always so helpful and kind to their patrons. Keep up the good work Alan, I will have my mailbox at your store as long as you're in business. 👍👍

We always liked this UPS store and were weekly regulars. A number of times we had large amount of boxes and larger boxes. Hubby is disabled plus just had ACL surgery. We have gone to the back of the store to drop off at times with no problem. The last time the owner refused and hubby could not walk. Called UPS on Mission. They said come down and they would unload. We loved it!! Backed up to the front door, store was busy so I stood in line, she got her cart, unloaded our car and we were done. Sorry Alan but Mission now sees us weekly..

Here at the UPS store 1/10/22 at 11:30am decided to walk in with my sister to get some copies done..A female with glasses was extremely rude and I guess bothered on how I was talking to my sister.. as we were walking away she had the nerve to say “your annoying” very unprofessional and very disrespectful.
