The UPS customer center located at 657 Forbes is massive, probably the largest in the area. I drove to the Forbes location for a Amazon return. The customer service desk was staffed by 2 individuals. Both individuals were very helpful and their vibe was relaxed. I had many questions about other services to Europe/Germany and I received all my questions answered. Great service and great communication skills from the customer service staff.

According to the customer service posted sign, 17:30 hrs. ( 5:30 pm) Is the latest for package pickup.
