Mr. John Cauguiran and Mr. Mike Licuanan have both been very responsive to the unique requirements of the passengers that I transport. They both have been crucial to meeting all of the unique ground support requirements that are necessary in order to service and maintain a large passenger aircraft. Furthermore, they also were very flexible with regard to short-notice changes in both arrival and departure times. When we visit, there tends to be an enormous amount of effort that happens behind the scenes, however all of that is imperative in order to make visits of this magnitude appear seamless.

I have flown all around the world for almost 30 years and I will say we have a winner here. I do agree with those posts below. THE WORST HANDLING/FBO SERVICE EVER.

Worst FBO ever. I knew it but it’s real. Very bad service, very pour organization. A hudge lost of time and energy and a lot of stress. Avoid absolutly to land at SFO (it’s the single one fbo), choose an other airport if you can. I do not thanks the team. Not at all.
