My wife and I stopped and visited the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens this afternoon. These garden are well taken care of. Lots of exotic plants especially orchids! We had an enjoyable afternoon walking around the gardens. Very pretty flowers and plants. I would recommend these gardens to anyone!

Perfect escape from busy South Beach! great place to relax under the trees and getting some refreshing shade while listening to the water splashing in the ponds and fountains, it is truly a beautiful and well maintained garden, great collection of orchids and many other plants and flower varieties, also some animals like koy fish, turtles and multiple lizard and bird species.

Such a beautiful place. I love plants and I felt right at home! The ambience is amazing. Great place for a date or something to do when bored.

The botanical garden looks small from far but it's actually a big place I enjoyed myself here. It's really beautiful and well taken care. It is also free. The parking is street parking. You have to pay the meter. Plenty of parking all around the street. This garden is located near the convention center so parking is not a problem. The garden has two entrances. At the entrance a map is displayed with a path. I followed the path. It's a really nice path. It takes you all around the park. Inside the garden there are nice sitting areas around. This garden smells so good. Trees, plants what ever it is. I liked the sent of this place. The flowers and butterflies where my favorite, so many. The place is very clean. Bathrooms are located inside. I saw a gift shop inside and a place to buy plants. I wish I had more time to stay here.

It's a fantastic place for photos!
Free. Check if they are open? They wasclosed end of Nov for small renovation.
no ..just a garden...not a playground
And
Power cuts, fallen trees
Admission is free
Most certainly. Bring a blanket for the lawn or enjoy the tables and benches throughout the grounds.
It was last month when I visited. There are 2 entrances from what I found. One off the main street and one by the water cansl.
No pets allowed. Only service dogs
No, unless they are service animals
Yes
There is no admittance fee. They might kick you out if you don't have approval to set up.
Did you try Google Lens?
Not really sure about holiday hours but I imagine you can still walk about.
I dont think so. Sometimes you walk in the grass and the place is not that big tho.
We were there in November and December and went to botanical gardens several days as my wife is a horticulturalist working for the RHS in the UK on each occasion we took a picnic coffee cold drinks sandwiches etc we did not have any problems at all and nobody said that you're not allowed to have a picnic
No. Very small garden and easy to get around on paved walkways
when we were at the gardens, it looked like they were setting up for someone's party/event unsure of costs or capacities
