Over the years PNC is just getting worse

I've used this bank for years and have never had a problem with them. The one time I overdrew my account they waved the 15$ fee. This building in particular is well maintained and the staff are polite and friendly and quick enough for me to not considering switching banks.

Went to cash a personal check written to me from a PNC customer and PNC wants to charge me 2% fee to cash it. Thank you PNC. Won't ever do business with them again. Its just wrong they won't honor their own check. Sorry PNC wrong message to send to potential customers.

My debit card expired 7/15, and I should have gotten it two weeks prior to that date. I still do not have my debit card, and it has almost been a month. I had to go in after my card expired, and got assistance from a man named Rick. He assured me that my card was being mailed to the correct address, and then tried to convince me to get a credit card, which I had to tell him many times that I did not want. He then told me my card would be there in 3-5 business days. 7 days later, my card still was not there. I called and got him on the phone again, and when I asked where my card was, he told me, "Yeah, I don't control how fast or slow the mail goes," in an extremely condescending tone. He was no help at all, and rudely told me he had sent it to the correct address and that it would maybe take three more days to get there. Three days later, there was still no card. I had to go into the bank, again, and a different lady helped me. Sure enough, the card was NOT sent to the correct address as Rick had told me countless times. I told the lady about my rude service and how offended I was, and she simply said, "Sorry for that experience." and offered no consolation. They had to mail out another card, which I still have not received. It has been almost a month, still with no debit card, and horrible service. Rick talked down to me because of my age and being a college student, which is unacceptable. I am going to switch banks as soon as possible because I am NOT being treated with any respect. I would NOT recommend this PNC bank to anyone.
