I had my son’s 9th bday party here. Katie, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful. We will be back!

Absolutely love this place! My kid brings friends and they have a blast. I read the reviews on here about not having masks on……I have not worn a mask in any business in well over a year and I personally tell people in my business to take them off when I see it. STAY HOME if you’re that scared and let the people with common sense do what they want. The staff is amazing and it’s run extremely well.

Great hospitality. We walked in and were greeted and helped. Felt welcome right away. The entire place was clean and well maintained which cannot be easy. Fun and recommended. We went with our teens. They had a great time for a couple hours.

This place is the worst out of all the urban air in IL. I have been to many urban air but this takes the cake as the worst one. Reason why there the worst: 1. Not kid friendly: obstacles course are backwards and kids can’t even reach the very first one. Everything is bad design because kids can’t even reach the obstacles to play. Example: some obstacle is 6ft high and kids can’t even reach it. 2. Staff is not friendly: they keep telling kids not to play on the kid friendly obstacles and tell theme to go do the 6ft+ ones when the kids can’t even reach it. That is why the obstacles section are empty because no kids can even play in the area they enjoy. My kids are not having fun and visibly upset. Stay away from this place if care about your kids and money.

Questions & Answers

How much is the entry fee?

Susan Gnewuch | Dec 30, 2018
Anthony Stonis | Dec 31, 2018

It depends on the level you choose. Its between $15.00 - $25.00. You also need socks. They have deals online from time to time. The owners are very nice and helpful. Our kids love it and its a weekly stop for us. Its really clean and so much better than stupid videogames or tv. #kidsfun, #mchenrycountykids, #thingsforkidstodo

I got this information right off their website. We reserve the right to limit guests to 2.5 hour time limit for Ultimate, 1.5 hour with Deluxe and 1 hour with Basic. 5 & Under Access level is dependent on the child's attraction eligibility. If under 41", receive a Deluxe access. If over 41", receive Ultimate access. Prices Do Not Include Tax. Urban Air Socks Required. Must be at least 41” for Warrior Course and Climbing Wall. Must be at least 48″ for Ropes Course and Sky Rider. Maximum height of the Tubes is 52″.

What would be a good package for a 15 yr old ? and is the place well supervised ?

Nori Campa | Dec 30, 2018
Matthew Hanni | Dec 31, 2018

The ultimate package would be best and there is staff everywhere keeping an eye on things. I wouldn't let a toddler run around here unsupervised but I'm sure a 15 year old would be just fine.

What are your prices for 4 kids 10 years and 3 adults on a Sunday?

Dustin Crandall | Dec 30, 2018
Matt Ahmann | Dec 31, 2018

Anywhere from $15.99 per person to $25.99 per person depending on the attractions you want. There is an extra charge for required socks, but if you bring in socks from other trampoline parks they will exchange them for free. The parents can get the parent pass for $4.99 instead of paying full price and it will mirror the attractions that your kids have.

How is the trampoline section? If I bring my kids and just get trampolines will I regret not getting the full package?

Josh Martin | Dec 30, 2018
Ben Wiese | Dec 31, 2018

The trampoline section is good and your kids will definitely have fun on them but if you get the deluxe package it gives you many more atractions to do and is definitely worth the money.

So if I want to bring my 3 year old to play do, myself, his dad, and him all have to pay $15-25 per person or per family kind of thing?
