It was a vibe! The crew was super fun and professional and even all the passengers were a great crowd. Totally loved it and would do again!

Exciting 90 min Biscayne Bay tour in Miami on the "Island Lady". Tour guide conducted tour in both English & Spanish. He was funny & informative as he described the celebrity homes we saw on the waterfronts! Also got to see the world's largest cruise ship (houses 8000 passengers) during this tour! Nice boat with your choice of seating on lower deck (with a/c & a bar), or spacious upper deck (no a/c but open view). We were 4th in line so we got a great pick of seat options & chose upper deck back row. Nice breeze & great views! They required masks to enter. No temp ✔️. Only $36 pp. Enjoyed tour! 🍂

We booked tickets for 4 people for just $70 on Groupon. They provide you with a 90 minute tour in nearby areas. The captain and guide both were good.

Sounds like let information everyone should be aware of, thanks for sharing this, I'll go with another company.
However cheap it is, I would strongly suggest finding another company so you don't have to put up with the hassle of their "lottery" which is just an excuse to sell time share type holiday packages.
Inside and out available
I wouldn't do it even if it is ok. I saw everybody with some one. Give them a Call .
there is parking, you just have to go early to park near the entrance. on weekends, the parking lot is saturated
Captain of the ship is very skillful...they alert everyone if huge wave coming to their side. So that people can secure their drinks and food and those who are drinking hard drinks can control themselves and then slowly they ride the wave in a very careful way..it's like a smooth ride..it's totally safe
It goes from the quay where all the other boats go. Although if you can find an alternative carrier use them. Don't be pressured into joining their SCAM raffle.
There are a few lots that are available for public parking..The fee isn't too bad and it's a very short walk down to the water & restaurants
