Alex was an amazing jet ski guide. It was our first time riding, he answered all our questions and made us feel super comfortable. Make sure you show up at least 30 minutes early, if not more to complete paper work, test and watch the video. This was an awesome company who we would book with again. There are definitely some sketch companies out there, but not this one, they were honest and showed us a great time! I definitely encourage you to book with them. Thank you again Alex! And don’t forget to leave an awesome tip for your guide!

I was pretty skeptical to book a jet ski tour after reading plenty of bad reviews about other tour companies. But Miami jet ski rentals did not disappoint!!! We had a great time with our tour guide Alex and everything went really smoothly. Luckily we had perfect conditions during our morning tour which definitely made it more enjoyable. Alex really made the tour exciting after seeing that the group was comfortable enough to pick up some speed and let us take a rip around the bay (safely of course). Overall I would definitely recommend this tour company if you want to do this in Miami and I would 100% choose them again next time I want to go jet skiing. Thank you!!! Ps. A few things to make your experience stress free… jet ski drivers- get your boating license certificate done BEFORE you go this will save you time. Also parking is not available onsite and you must park in the garage for the bayside mall. Try to get there earlier to find parking so you’re not late :)

Shon and Lolita. Jet ski was amazing. The owner the lady driving on the boat getting us there and back safely. Ok where shall I start the owner show great customer service. He made us feel so relaxed my wife and i were scared to death because I can't swim and both of us never rode jet skies. Lech'e our tour guide was super super great. He explained to us how to ride and safety details . Jet skies was so fast and fun. He took our pictures and videos us . If I could give 10 stars I would.

So we arrived at 9:30 as we were told and everything started off great as we expected. You start off with filling out your waiver, watching a ten min training video Lastly signing some more paper work By 10:10 you are on the jet ski and explained some hand signals before you start. Everything is by the book you have to follo their instructions and I liked that because it made me Feel secure! I’m fearful of going fast and I have never been on a jet ski so I liked this part about the tour This tour was supposed to be a group tour but ended up being private because of no one showing up As we were going my bf wasn’t so familiar with the jet ski but the instructors made sure to make him feel relaxed and to just ride the thing (😂) Yes at times they tell you speed up but they know what type of driver you are and they also know what you can handle! Also keep in mind this is an HOUR tour so you can’t go slow or the tour goes longer it’s just part of it. So if you can’t handle it then don’t book! We got to see a couple of dolphins 🐬 it was awesome!!! (Not included) The sand bar was so pretty and the nice instructor took pictures of us! That was sooo generous of him❤️💕 Overall book the tour, arrive on time, follow the rules, tip your instructors , understand that this is a deal compared to all the others, and you will have so much funn!! I got a rush from this it was awesome !!! We will def book AGAIN!!!!!
