I was in Key West and spent almost $400 on an entertainment package for Miami and Key West on the internet. After the purchase I was informed that I had to drive to this place to get the tickets I had just paid $400 to purchase. I couldn’t get my money back and had to take a 10 hour round trip to pick up these great tickets. Upon arrival the door was locked but a woman was sitting in there so we knocked and she came to the door and let us in to inform us she couldn’t give us the tickets because I didn’t have a paper copy of the purchase. She could see it on my phone but since she believed herself to be in 1980, that wasn’t acceptable, which by the way is approximately the year her computer was made so it took well over an hour to get print outs in that old piece of non WIFI garbage printer. My grandkids were with me and apparently she was sure they were going to shoot fire from their fingertips and burn the place down so that was fun as well. When I complained about the whole situation, Ms Charm responds that I should have read the fine print. As we all know, a business that thinks that excuses their rip off behavior is deliberately ripping you off. So buyer beware, they basically admitted to being rip offs and when I got the tickets there was only a handful of activities available in Key West. It was all a giant ploy to get Key West vacationers to spend money in Miami. I did not nor will I ever. I wish you the best of luck if you do business with this organization.

Hi Tamaagotchi, We do not sell the Easy Card. City Hall in Miami Beach has a kiosk in the center area where you can purchase the Easy Card. Wishing you happy travels.
Hi Jacklyn, You have 5 hours in Miami to discover the City. The Port of Miami is very close to Bayside Marketplace a wonderful place to visit for shopping, souvenirs and beautiful views of the Biscayne Bay. You can take the Big Bus Tour around the city of Miami and Miami Beach. It is about 2.5 hours, and you can hop on and off in different locations (Wynwood Arts District, Design District, Vizcaya, Little Havana, Miami Beach Art Deco District). This way you see the city and stop in a place of interest to walk around, sightsee and eat. Try to eat a little Cuban food if possible - we are known for it here. The Big Bus Tour costs $50 per person and it translates the narration into French if you need. Wishing you happy travels!
