Stayed at - Beach Break 3 Important things to consider and reasons to AVOID this rental house and the company La Jolla Vacation Rentals. 1. House is on an Alley way. So it is very noisy 2. No AC, so you will need to open your windows, and that just amplifies the loud alley way noises that go on ALL day and night. Arguments, motorcycles, truck engines, garbage trucks, barking dogs, more arguments. Again the house is basically in the alley way.....not very quiet. 3. House has very little in way of kitchen supplies 4. Pillows are awful 5. W/D are not in good working order, even with a very small load, still did not do the job well 6. Oven was not clean. The chemical oven spray to clean it was left all over inside and when the oven was preheated emmited an awful smell throughout the whole place. 7. Management is slow to respond, or may not respond at all. 8. The pet fee is TWICE the amount of other rentals in the area. What was the most upsetting is, I reserved the house because it had AC. Only to arrive with signs on the wall, stating the house has no AC. I immediately reached out to management by phone, email and text asking for them to provide a solution. No resolution, except an email, "sorry, passing concern along to management".... and 3 days later, still no answer. AC is a major amenity. False advertising for sure and they did very little, next to nothing to correct their mistake. There are many rental management companies in the area. I would definitely recommend choosing another one if you would like a stress free vacation.

Too Perfect! This place here. was just amazing. My entire family loved staying at the rental. There was so much room and plenty of sleeping space. It was so nice to have everything in walking distance, including the beach. No matter what time of day it was, the beach was never crowded and the neighborhood was always claim. Perfect for a family with little kids and teens. And when my key code didn't work, I called Michelle. Not only did she immediately answered my call but she fixed the problem in seconds. The amenities were perfect and super easy to find the handbook with so much helpful information. We can not wait to stay there again!

We rented the Loft in Ocean Beach. Great location for our trip to Comic-Con. Place was clean, updated and beautiful. Close to the beach. Perfect for our family. We were close to the airport so at times the planes overhead were loud. We got used to the noise. We had one small issue with the water. The management company was great in fixing right away! Thank you again for making our trip comfortable. I recommend and hope to visit again!

We just spent a week at the La Jolla Rendezvous property and it was outstanding. The property was exactly as advertised and the view was even better in person. The reservation process, the payment process, and the check-in process could not have been any easier. The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive to the few questions I had. We had a great time and we will absolutely be returning to the property.
