Hacienda Jalisco is my absolute favorite Mexican restaurant in Northern Colorado. It has very authentic tasting food, and their service is excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a Mexican restaurant, its worth the drive no matter where you live. My favorite dish is their carne asada plate, it reminds me of home.

Highly enjoyable Mexican restaurant! Definitely recommend. Although they were short-staffed, they were communicating that to everyone and we thought the service was great. Portions are huge, flavors are awesome. Loved the queso.

Our first time eating here.....Great food!! The girlfriend had a combo platter and a margarita, I had a chimichanga and a long island iced tea. We both left full and feeling good. Will definitely be back Third time in......love this place!! The Mrs gets a little tipsy every time so far.
